Ok, I can see all kinds of amazing application / workflow type of good uses for the new Google Voice for any business. Ok, this is soon to launch and has become Google VOICE http://google.com/voice  You can’t sign up right now but you can sign up to get notification as to when it starts HERE ( https://services.google.com/fb/forms/googlevoiceinvite/ ) This is a HUGE GAME CHANGER for the telecommunications industry. The two coolest things I see are the voicemail transcription service

and the call routing based on groups
