Copy sheets from 1 spreadsheet to another in Google Docs

This came up with a client awhile back as I recall as he wanted to split up a massive spreadsheet that he know wanted to carve up and send just certain sheets for that person to work on… well that was a year ago… but now it is possible! Thanks Google Docs!

Is this new updated slightly to Google Docs influenced by Google Wave? Hmmmm I’d certainly say so! Live collaborative editing of files is a welcome edition to Docs! Let’s just hope it is not as buggy as Google Wave.

This bodes to be something kinda neat… I will be looking into this in much more details to see how to best use this for helping my own clients and some of our own internal documents that we house on Google Docs as well.

Starting today, you can preview the contents of a Google document, spreadsheet, or presentation right in your Gmail inbox — just like you’ve already been able to do with YouTube videos, Yelp reviews, and Picasa and Flickr albums. Gmail will automatically detect when you receive a document link and display the name and type of doc below the email.

Google Docs NEW Shared Folders

Ok, this is a new feature for Google Docs. This is cool for sharing. Will be using this for SEO9oneone for sure. Have always hated having to individually share every document with people.
